We had a romantic escape in the bush and it was truly memorable. The chalets were spacious and luxurious with a bathtub big enough for two people. The view of the river bed and the wildlife was breathtaking, we even saw some elephants from our chalet balcony. The dinner with candlelight by the fire pit was a highlight.
The game drives were not as we expected, we only saw a few animals and the guide seemed uninterested in showing us more. , the location was not easy to find, we got lost for a while and the unpaved road to the lodge was rough, our car got stuck once.

We had an exceptional stay in this lodge immersed in South African bush. the personalized service was impeccable, from the spacious and comfy rooms to the delicious home-style meals. the game drives were superb, our knowledgeable guide took us deep into the reserve where we witnessed breathtaking moments with the Big Five and small wildlife up close. Exciting sundowners, breathtaking views and the elephant herds drinking fresh water on the pond were some of the best memories we will never forget.
Our GPS misled us down some bumpy dirt tracks, better use the directions from the lodge.

I had an incredible experience at this luxury hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a personalized and enjoyable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The highlight of my trip was the unforgettable game drive, where I got up close and personal with the big five and other amazing wildlife. The knowledgeable and friendly guide made the experience even more exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated like royalty.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Best stay in the bush! Had an amazing Christmas in South Africa. Great spot to see many animals including zebras, giraffes, elephants and more! Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful outdoor shower. Loved the amazing food and the staff were super friendly. One of the best parts was being able to spot a lot of animals from our accommodation itself, which added to the experience. Worst part was the lack of transparency with the pricing of drinks and snacks. Would have appreciated it if all costs were mentioned upfront. But overall, the experience was memorable and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience nature up close.
